Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Please note, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] to obtain the return address and further instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We will not charge any restocking fees.
